Now, we’re looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities.

You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, building relationships with hotels and venues, sparking interest, and opening doors for our Sales Manager through proactive outbound activity.

What You'll Be Doing
Proactively identify and research potential hotel and venue clients
Execute outbound sales activity (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn)
Qualify leads and nurture relationships over time
Book high-quality demos for the Sales Manager
Host and support webinars to generate inbound leads
Represent WedPro at industry events and trade shows
Build relationships with key decision-makers including General Managers, Hotel Owners, Commercial & Sales Managers, and Wedding & Events Coordinators
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (calls, notes, pipeline activity)
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to optimise lead generation strategies

You are:

Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations

Organised and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
Resilient -you see rejection as part of the process, not a setback
Commercially aware and curious about how businesses grow
You have:
Experience in a sales, SDR, or customer-facing role (hospitality experience is a big plus)
A passion or strong interest in the wedding and/or hospitality industry
Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using CRM systems and managing pipelines
A full, clean driving licence
Availability to travel for industry events and team meet-ups (Ireland, approx. twice per year)
Bonus points if you’ve worked in a hotel, venue, or as a wedding coordinator -or if you’re planning your own wedding and love the space!
